ESCO announces the arrival of two new products – the 22 Ton Jack Stands with Adjustable Screw Top Saddle (MODEL 10456) and the ESCO 22 Ton EZ-Wheel Jack Stands (MODEL 10459).

Both engineered to handle up to 22 Tons, these stands are ideal for industrial applications like construction, semi-truck service/fleet, material handling, and maintenance garages. The MODEL 10456 comes with an adjustable screw-style saddle that offers 2 inches of additional height, while both models feature easy-to-position and adjustable lifting columns with three different axle height positions for better load handling. Support any load, safely and with ensured stability with heavy-duty designed locking pins (designed with a side holder to prevent loss) and a 1/4-inch thick solid steel base plates for added durability. ESCO announces new ESC3000 OTR Giant Tire Bead Breaker

We’re excited to officially launch our new ESC3000 OTR Giant Tire Bead Breaker (model 10144 & 10144-K). This heavy-duty tool is specifically designed to tackle the toughest 5-piece rims in the 49-63 in. range for Giant OTR tires/wheels. The ESC3000 bead breakers design is engineered to prevent kicking out under hydraulic pressure, ensuring that technicians can work with confidence, precision, and most importantly safety. Included with both model(s) of bead breakers are two sets of jaws (designed to fit the back section or bead band section of the wheel), as well as longer-length jaw hooks for a wider range of 5-piece rims, giving added flexibility to tackle any large job.

“We have been working on this bead breaker, adapting, and changing its construction to best suite the needs of the market while increasing the quality and versatility of this particular bead breaker because of the scale in which this tool is used. Cast out of high-quality heavy-duty steel, ESCO U-Joint Pullers are manufactured to withstand rigorous daily use and deliver an efficient and accurate application. Purposefully designed to eliminate the use of dangerous, damage-causing vice and socket or hammering methods, the new U-Joint Pullers provide a safer solution while assisting in the damage prevention of joints, bearing caps, yokes, or driveshafts.
